Anyone wanting to work on a better physique and improved aesthetics.
WHAT KIND OF TRAINING?
Expect some deadlifts, squats, presses odd objects, good old fashion grit and hard work. There is also a cardio element involved with this one. Expect to spend 1:30 to 2 hours on this programing.

Any level of fitness for this program. There are 4 levels to choose from. Competitor, Performance, Masters and Fitness.
Barbell and bumper plates, pull up rig and moderate to heavy dumbbells. Can be done in garage, home gym or commercial or Crossfit gym.
