Peak Performance Meets Precision Barbell Work
This program is built for the athlete who wants it all—Olympic lifting, advanced gymnastics, high-skill metcons, and competitive structure. Each week balances volume, intensity, and technical lifting to prep you for throwdowns, qualifiers, or elite daily training.
Expect:

Designed for athletes that compete as a sport in functional fitness
WHAT KIND OF TRAINING?
Olympic lifting, barbell cycling, engine building, gymnastics work such as: Muscle ups, handstand walks, handstand push ups, toes to bar and more.

Any level of fitness for this program. There are 4 levels to choose from. Competitor, Performance, Masters and Fitness.
Bumper plates and barbells, pull up rig, muscle up station, box, jump ropes, most things you find in a Functional fitness gym.
