Peak Performance Meets Precision Barbell Work
This program is built for the athlete who wants it all—Olympic lifting, advanced gymnastics, high-skill metcons, and competitive structure. Each week balances volume, intensity, and technical lifting to prep you for throwdowns, qualifiers, or elite daily training.
Expect:

Structured Olympic lifting progressions (snatch, clean & jerk)

Dedicated strength cycles (squats, pulls, pressing)

High-level metcons with strategy and pacing in mind

Gymnastics and skill work (HSPU, bar muscle-ups, ring work)

Program Length: 75–90 min/day

PROGRAM INFORMATION
WHO IS IT BUILT FOR?
Athletes with a desire to gain mass and strength in traditional lifts.
WHAT KIND OF TRAINING?
Progressive loading intervals. Percentage based lifts. Some weeks will be 5X5s, 5X7s or 3X10s, Heavy single lifts, 1RM. 5-6 days a week of lifting and an optional 1-2 days of coniditioning.

Any level of fitness for this program. There are 4 levels to choose from. Competitor, Performance, Masters and Fitness.
Barbell and as many metal or bumper plates you can handle. You will also need a squat rack & a bench.
